VDS is an AI‑powered project management platform. This policy applies to all users of our websites, apps and services.

Data you provide: name, email, company, role, user‑generated content (projects, tasks, AI prompts/messages), feedback and attachments.

Data collected automatically: IP address, device identifiers, OS, browser type, visited pages, usage metrics, error logs, performance.

Third‑party data (with your authorization): integrations with project management tools, auth providers, payments.

Special categories: we do not request sensitive data; if voluntarily included, we apply reinforced safeguards.

Service delivery and support (contract performance).

Product improvement, analytics and security (balanced legitimate interest).

Operational communications; marketing with consent where required.

Legal compliance and responding to valid authority requests.

Training and optimization of AI features with aggregated/anonymous data whenever possible.

Essential processors/sub‑processors: hosting, databases, analytics, messaging, payments, AI vendors. We sign data protection clauses and conduct risk assessments where appropriate.

Collaborators within your organization (based on project permissions).

Authorities and third parties where required by law or to protect rights.

Corporate transfers (merger/acquisition) with safeguards.

When transferring data across borders, we rely on recognized safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, valid privacy frameworks, transfer impact assessments).

We apply technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, least‑privilege access controls, monitoring, backups, testing and periodic reviews.

No method is 100% secure, but we work to minimize risks and respond promptly to incidents.

We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and to meet legal/audit requirements. Upon account closure, we delete or anonymize data within reasonable time unless the law requires otherwise.

Depending on your location, you may request: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection to processing; and not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal effects.
