If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it and accept these terms on its behalf.

VDS is an AI-powered project management SaaS platform offering tools for planning, tracking, collaboration, predictive analytics, and more.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not transfer your account without our prior written consent.

You must use VDS lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms.

Prohibited: (a) using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes; (b) attempting to breach security; (c) sending spam or malicious content; (d) impersonating another person or organization; (e) interfering with service operation; (f) using the service to store or transmit content that infringes third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

VDS, its code, design, brand, content, and features are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service per these terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer our service without express authorization.

Content you create (projects, tasks, documents) remains yours. You grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the service.

Some plans require payment. Prices and features are detailed on our pricing page.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees. Payments are securely processed through third-party payment processors.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal period.

Refunds, if applicable, are handled per our published refund policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure availability.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

You may cancel your account at any time from settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without prior notice.

Upon termination, your rights to use will cease and we may delete your content per our data retention policy.

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes via email or notice on the platform.

Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where we operate, without regard to conflicts of laws.

Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
