ROI Sprint Planning™
Choose what to build next by impact and effort, adjusted for risk, dependency, urgency and learning.
What it does

Requires at least one QVR or candidate, scores Impact and Effort (1-10), adjusts for risk, dependency, urgency and learning, and returns a ranked table with one-line reasoning and what would change the ranking.
